Delivery & returns
Last updated 20 October 2026
Every online order includes complimentary insured delivery. A date we give is an estimate. The piece is yours when it is delivered to you. If you return a piece, the risk passes back to us when the carrier delivers it to the house. We do not ship where the law forbids it.
The same terms are set out in the terms of use. If a note sent with a particular order says something different about that piece, that note governs for that order.
When a piece leaves the house
- A ready piece usually leaves within a few days of confirmation, then travels by complimentary insured delivery.
- A piece made to your size is usually four to six weeks after the size and the order are confirmed, then the same insured delivery.
- A commission is timed in writing before the work begins. A private piece is usually several weeks, and longer when a stone or a mark is drawn for you.

Returns
A ready piece bought online may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and in the condition in which it was sent, together with its numbered plaque and packaging. Write to us and we will arrange a complimentary insured return. You may exchange the piece or receive a refund to the original payment method.
A piece that was commissioned, engraved, resized, or otherwise finished for you is made to leave the house only once. It cannot be returned. Care and repair stay with the house, and are described on the care page.
A later change in price
If we reduce the price of a piece within 14 days after your order, and before it has shipped or been finished for you, write to us and we will refund the difference. After delivery, or once a commissioned piece is underway, the price you confirmed is the price of that piece.
